Successful Resolution, Backed by Experience You Can Trust
Mediation is about finding the most effective path to a settlement. It's a distinct practice from litigation, requiring the ability to navigate the space between opposing views.
As a Chartered Mediator, Trevor brings the skill, discipline, and process understanding that a complex file requires – along with the singular focus of someone who has practiced solely as a neutral third party mediator. He has dedicated his entire career to building and refining the skillset required to help parties reach settlements, even when resolution seems out of reach.
Avoid litigation. Mitigate risk. Settle out of court.

Trevor has managed disputes at every level of complexity — from single-issue disagreements to multi-party negotiations with significant legal and financial uncertainty. He has conducted successful mediation tables with up to 35 people in the room, and coordinated up to ten rooms of parties running at the same time.
He has worked with private and public sector institutions on settlements valued from the tens of millions to the hundreds of millions of dollars, bringing the same rigour to disputes of any size.
Trevor’s specialized training in human psychology and mediation has given him the ability to read past rhetoric and heightened emotions to determine what's really driving each party, and the skills to guide even the most entrenched positions toward compromise.
That experience shapes the 300+ days he's spent teaching mediation, negotiation, and conflict resolution to professionals across Canada.
